Description:
This project involves the following work:
Windows: Removal, storing and re-installation of existing interior and exterior window guards; removal of window sashes; repair of windows by means of the installation of new tandem balances, carrier blocks, carrier shoes, balance shoes and sash clips to ensure window alignment and operability; and installation of metal stops with bumper. Interior repair at water damaged walls and ceilings in classrooms and Rooftop Bulkhead of Entrance No.6.
Exterior Masonry: Repair of foundation walls by the use of chemical injected grout, and removal and installation of new areaway foundation and drain. Removal of paint and graffiti along exterior walls of building structure and re-pointing and application of anti-graffiti solution of lower section of building facades.
